The ACF / 265 “Tolerance Platform 2.0” project has been implemented for 18 months from 09.10.2016 with financial support in the amount of EUR 75,700 provided by Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway under the EEA Financial Mechanism. The main goal of the project “Platform for Tolerance 2.0” is to develop and implement online and offline resources and educational tools in the protection of human rights, aimed at a new audience, to support human rights education and promote long-term adoption. of the differences and diversity of people and images in our society. We find the practical solution in the development and approval by the Ministry of Education and Science of qualification courses for credit for teachers, as well as in the deployment of the existing Platform to a new professional community working directly with children and youth up to 29 years. And in order not to halve our success, we intertwine teacher training with an information campaign, the training of young volunteers and the promotion of local youth actions in defense of human rights. The target group of the pilot intervention are teachers in 4 districts: Dobrich, Shumen, Vratsa and Montana.
